DEAR DEIDRE: I DON’T think I’ll ever get a boyfriend because I’m not pretty enough.

My looks are average – I’m short, with dark hair and small boobs – and the boys I know are only interested in girls who have long blonde hair, long legs and big breasts.

I’m 17 and sick of seeing my mates go on dates, when boys always friend-zone me.

People say I have a nice personality and I’m fun to be around, but these days only looks seem to count.

DEIDRE SAYS:

Only shallow boys choose girlfriends on their looks alone – and those relationships don’t last.

What’s more, many guys find petite brunettes attractive.

You need to build your confidence, which is the most attractive trait of all.
